About the role

The role involves the removal of the small fruitlets from the trees to enable the remaining fruit to grow to the desired size. This job is done by hand and/or scissors. The role will begin in early/mid October and go through until late November/early December. Work is generally Monday - Friday unless interrupted by wet weather. Payment is by hourly rate.

Job Requirements

• You need to be physically fit and able to carry and climb up a 2.7m ladder. 
• No experience is necessary as full training will be provided. 
• You’ll be someone who enjoys working outside (in both cool and hot conditions) 
• You enjoy working as part of a team. 
• You're self-motivated and you have a positive can-do attitude 
• You’re reliable and punctual.
